In this role, you'll help our customers get the most out of Netstock and use it optimally within their business processes. As a Netstock expert, you’ll ensure smooth project implementations and deliver a great customer experience.

How you’ll support us:

• Plan and conduct customer training sessions

• Collaborate with technical teams to implement customer requirements

• Contribute to the development of training materials and systems

• Identify customer needs, develop solutions using Netstock features, and configure the Netstock application

• Provide project support when needed

What you will bring:

• Experience in conducting and designing training sessions, ideally in a similar environment

• Initial professional experience working with groups as a trainer, moderator, or consultant

• A confident and engaging personality that earns customer trust and builds strong project relationships

• Strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to explain them clearly to users

• High motivation, commitment, and a hands-on mindset

• Good team and communication skills

• Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• And of course: creativity, inspiration, and contagious enthusiasm for your work!
